Case 1 — Germany Amazon Seller: Private-Label Kitchen Gadget Set (8 SKUs)
EU-based Amazon FBA seller needed a matching kitchen gadget line with soft-touch silicone, unified gift-box packaging, a custom logo, and CE / LFGB food-contact certification. We shortlisted 3 factories in Ningbo, audited them on site, negotiated the unit price down by 22%, created new tooling for 2 of the 8 items, managed TÜV-Rheinland LFGB testing, consolidated 20 ft FCL, and delivered DDP Hamburg in 39 days total.
Case 2 — UAE Retail Chain: Halal-Certified Home Appliances (ESMA / SASO)
Dubai-based retail chain with 27 stores needed a 14-SKU home-appliance range, each with ESMA and SASO certification, Arabic manuals, GCC-mark stickers, and Halal certification for any food-contact plastic parts. We worked with our verified appliance factory cluster in Cixi, ran 6 ECAS / GSO / QCCE certification tracks in parallel, consolidated 2 x 40 HQ containers in our Jebel-Ali-bound consolidation warehouse, and delivered door-to-door Jebel-Ali with full SASO clearance.
Case 3 — US DTC Brand: Custom Injection-Molded Pet Product + Color-Matched Packaging
US DTC pet brand required a custom dog-treat dispenser with unique internal silicone valve. We created 2 tooling options, ran 3 DFM rounds with the selected Zhejiang molder, produced 6 sets of colour-match Pantone samples for the plastic body and retail box, managed CPC certification through a CPSC-accepted lab, inserted batch-traceability QR codes on every carton, and shipped 5,000 pcs FBA-ready LAX via UPS Premium on day 41 after tooling approval.

- Factory shortlist & on-site audit — 3–5 candidates from our 1,500+ factory database, each with our 18-point audit report.
- DFM / tooling / sample round T0–T1 — DFM feedback, quotation, tooling payment, T0 engineering sample, T1 customer-approval sample.
- Pilot run & certification sample submission — 50–200 pcs pilot run, golden sample locked, certification samples sent to 3rd-party lab.
- Mass production & in-line QC — our QC inspector on site every 3 days; IPQC checklists signed off per shift.
- Final random AQL inspection & loading — AQL 2.5 / 4.0 random inspection, container loading supervision, photos & video report.
- Export docs, shipment, DDP delivery — CI, PL, BL, CO, Form A/E/FTA, insurance; door-to-door DDP to your warehouse or FBA fulfilment centre.
