Payment FAQ

Quick answers to the most common settlement questions

We accept XTransfer (recommended for new clients — zero fees, same-day to 2-day arrival), LianLian, Airwallex, T/T bank transfer to our OCBC Hong Kong branch account via SWIFT / FPS / CHATS, and PayPal for sample or small orders. For bulk orders, confirm with your agent first as a ~5% PayPal fee applies.

Standard terms are 50% deposit to confirm and start production, and 50% balance payable only after you have approved the pre-shipment QC photos and inspection report. We never ask for 100% upfront, and we never accept payment to personal bank accounts.

PayPal is reserved for sample orders. For bulk orders please confirm with your agent first — a ~5% PayPal fee applies and T/T or XTransfer is usually the more cost-effective route.

Yes. We only accept payment to our licensed trading company account (YIWU ETRUE TRADING CO., LTD.), never to personal accounts. First-time clients may use Alibaba Trade Assurance, which holds the deposit in escrow and releases it only after the first QC stage passes. Actual account details are confirmed in writing on the Proforma Invoice.
