Yes. We offer expedited processing for urgent orders. Rush samples can be ready in 3-5 days, and we can prioritize production with our partner factories. Additional rush fees may apply, but we'll always try to match your deadline.

We offer unlimited sample revisions within reasonable scope. If the factory cannot meet your requirements after 3 rounds of revisions, we'll refund your sample fee or switch to an alternative supplier at no extra sourcing cost.

Absolutely. We're deeply experienced with Amazon FBA requirements including FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, box content verification, and prep services. Many of our clients are Amazon FBA sellers, from small private label to wholesale arbitrage.
