Factory Audit & QC FAQs

A standard on-site factory audit starts at $350 per factory location. This includes our auditor's travel, full inspection, and a detailed photo report. Additional factories in the same region are typically discounted.

An on-site audit typically takes 1 day per factory. Our auditor visits in the morning, conducts the full inspection, and compiles the report within 24 hours. Rush audits can be arranged with 48-hour notice.

We generally notify the factory in advance to ensure someone is available to show us around. However, we can also conduct surprise audits if you suspect the factory may be misrepresenting their operations.

We'll provide a detailed report rating the factory across all checkpoints. For critical issues (fake factory, no production capability), we'll recommend immediate termination. For minor issues, we'll provide a corrective action plan and can help you monitor improvements.

Our primary coverage is China, but we can arrange audits in Vietnam, India, Bangladesh, and other manufacturing hubs through our partner network. Contact us for specific location requests.
