1. Post-shipment survey
Within 14 days of goods arriving at the destination we email a 10-question survey (price, QC, communication, speed, accuracy, recommendation). Replies feed directly into the case studies above — we never use AI-generated content or paid reviews.
2. Quarterly business review (QBR)
For clients with 2+ orders per year, Neil Liu runs a 30-minute Zoom/QBR every quarter covering KPIs, defect trends, re-order forecast, and price-change expectations. Notes are shared in a written PDF.
3. Reference & verification calls
